* On this date I confirm I have completed 18 years of age & submitting my application to the company for consideration.
* In orderto maintain viable marketing system and to comply with the changes in applicable law the company shall be entitled to alter, modify, amend or change the company's Network program from time to time and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions rule and regulations embodied there in for the time to time in force.
* The Customer / Agent /Distributor will be eligible for incentives or income only as per the volume of business done by that is also subject to the eligibility norms formulated by the company. The company does not assure any incentive or income to the customer /Agent / Distributor merely on account of his/her joining the company.
* My business center cannot be sold assigned or transferred to any person other then nominee.
ION* Adavya Organic India Pvt Ltd will operate is own business and will abide be the rules, regulations, policies and procedures as amended by Adavya Organic India Pvt Ltd from time to time all its sole discretion.
* Upon acceptance of my application as a Customer/ Agent/Distributor, I shall be known as authorised Customer/Agent/ Distributor and shall be bound by all the terms and conditions, rules and regulations embodied in the company of which a copy has been shown and read to me by sponsor prior to my application.
* I am responsible to pay all applicable taxes for which THE COMPANY provides necessary forms with annual income statement required by Law.
* For all the purpose, only English version will be taken as the official copy. No printed material by club Customer/Agent/Distributor is allowed to circulate with the written of Adavya Organic India Pvt Ltd, otherwise club Customer/Agent/Distributor could be terminated.
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the *Customer/Agent/Distributor and Adavya Organic India Pvt Ltd.No other promises, representation, guarantee, or agreements of any kind shall be valid unless given in writing. * The company shall deduct Tax at source from the incentives as per rates prescribed under the Income Tax act 1961.Any business associate found guilty of spreading any sort of misleading information can be terminated at the direction of the management.
* Any Customer/Agent/Distributor has any contra activities against the aims, rules and regulations of the company would be removed without any notice to him and appropriate action would be taken against him/his as per criminal and civil laws.
* Jurisdiction in respect of any all dispute arising out of or in relation to this agreement shall vest exclusively in the court of Bangalore Jurisdiction.
* I shall not introduce or refer any products or services not approved by the company through THE COMPANY'S NETWORK OF BA.
* All individual Customer/Agent/Distributor should adhere to the rules and regulations formed by the organization and if any of the Customer/Agent/Distributor is guilty of not observing the same, then he/she will be terminated from the company.
* *Customer/Agent/Distributors are not eligible for any other benefits of the company, customer/agent/distributors are not Permanent Employee of the company.
* All payment should be accepted in the form of company account, payable at Bangalore.
* The agreement shall be governed by the laws of the country and all claims and dispute and other matters between parties of this agreement shall be brought to the appropriate court of Law, Bangalore.
* Company shall not be responsible for any cash payment made at any place or payment made to any person except for the cash deposited at the head office and also should have a company receipt.
* Adavya Organic India Pvt Ltd shall make no refund of any kind.
* Adavya Organic India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages, caused by breach, cancellation or suspension of this agreement, whether or not the possible for such damages is known to Adavya Organic India Pvt Ltd.
* I shall act only as an authorized Customer/Agent/Distributor and shall not act as an authorized representative Agent or Company employee of " The Company " in any transaction nor haveany express or implied or extensible authority to bind or make any express or implied representation or warranty on behalf of THE COMPANY.
* The company will approve the Customer/Agent/Distributor be issuing an official receipt and an online registration, which will carry the password and identification number know as Track ID as chosen by the company. The password and Track ID have to be quoted by the panelist in all his/her transactions and correspondance with the company. The track ID once chosen cannot be altered at any point of time.
* The Customer/Agent/Distributor shall always behave and act in dignified manner befitting the status of a Customer/Agent/Distributor of a reputed and leading network marketing company of the country.
* The company reserves all rights to terminate a Customer/Agent/Distributor.
* I hereby agree and sign for all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
